Biden’s own ‘standing army’ exceeds the size of the Marines

"The number of non-Defense Department federal officers authorized to make arrests and carry firearms (200,000) now exceeds the number of U.S. Marines (182,000)," reports the Wall Street Journal. Their article adds, "over the last 20 years, the number of these federal officers with arrest-and-firearm authority has nearly tripled to over 200,000 today, from 74,500 in 1996."

These "foot soldiers of the police state’s standing army" are "growing in number at an alarming rate," affirms constitutional attorney John Whitehead. His article elaborates:

"While Americans have to jump through an increasing number of hoops in order to own a gun, federal agencies have been placing orders for hundreds of millions of rounds of hollow point bullets and military gear. Among the agencies being supplied with night-vision equipment, body armor, hollow-point bullets, shotguns, drones, assault rifles and LP gas cannons are the Smithsonian, U.S. Mint, Health and Human Services, IRS, FDA, Small Business Administration, Social Security Administration, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, Education Department, Energy Department, Bureau of Engraving and Printing and an assortment of public universities."

"This is martial law without any government body having to declare it," writes constitutional attorney Whitehead. He further explains:

"The ease with which Americans are prepared to welcome boots on the ground, regional lockdowns, routine invasions of their privacy, and the dismantling of every constitutional right intended to serve as a bulwark against government abuses is beyond unnerving.

We are sliding fast down a slippery slope to a Constitution-free America."

"The Washington DC is totally loaded and ready to blow us away," Whitehead had prophetically stated, predicting exactly what the Biden Administration threatened to do only a week after Whitehead published his article on August 22, 2022. On August 30, 2022, Biden told the nation during his "Safer America" tour:

"For those brave right-wing Americans who say it's all about keeping America, keeping America independent and safe, if you want to fight against the country, you need an F-15. You need something a little more than a gun."

Biden's words got plenty of criticism on social media, reports The Blaze, quoting congressional candidate Blake Masters who told, "This is the logic of an authoritarian. 'We have bombs and missiles, you wouldn’t stand a chance. Therefore surrender your puny guns.' No."
