Hard evidence of criminal negligence beyond reasonable doubt

Summary of what this dossier demonstrates

According to US Legal, criminal negligence is defined as

conduct which is such a departure from what would be that of an ordinary prudent or careful person in the same circumstance as to be incompatible with a proper regard for human life or an indifference to consequences

Which “ordinary prudent or careful person” can be expected to support and fund the genetic enhancement of animal viruses, to make them capable of attacking human populations in ways that can cause pandemics?

With numerous links to irrefutable facts anyone can verify at each step, this dossier has pieced together all of the scattered pieces of the puzzle. This has allowed the whole picture of reality emerge in its most complete form no reasonable person can dismiss,

To convict someone of criminal negligence, US Legal adds that the courts must see the proof of his criminal mental state, explaining:

Proof of that mental state requires that the failure to perceive a substantial and unjustifiable risk that a result will occur must be a gross deviation from the standard of a reasonable person.

Representing an incredibly “gross deviation from the standard of a reasonable person, Dr. Anthony Fauci, the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), did not only fund the creation of potential pandemic pathogens, but also failed to “perceive a substantial and unjustifiable risk” in engineering potential bioweapons in a lab with well known CCP connections. This has always represented the simple truth hidden by totalitarian censorship efforts and thick layers of misleading narratives from the media which colluded CCP-style to create a façade of unanimity, fooling those who can’t think independently.

Likewise, Dr. Francis Collins, the former director of the National Institutes of Health (of which Fauci’s NIAID is a branch of), also committed treason by failing to “perceive a substantial and unjustifiable risk” in unrightfully firing the National Science Advisory Board for Biosecurity (NSABB) members who were against the creation of potential pandemic pathogens capable of being used as bioweapons. These 11 dissenting biosecurity advisors were replaced with those in favor of the continuation of the dangerous research. This occurred right before this biosecurity board was scheduled to advise the White House on whether or not to lift a moratorium which had paused the deadly studies.

In demonstrating the extent to which Fauci and Collins’s actions have resulted in the Covid-19 pandemic, the dossier lays out the irrefutable reality of the way Fauci’s NIAID did fund at least 3 gain of function studies in a lab whose CCP connections could even be found on its website at that time. We describe the extent of the unethical workarounds Fauci implemented to override the moratorium and framework prohibiting such research.

Most importantly, this investigation points out the research grant issued by Fauci which has the highest likelihood of having created SARS-CoV-2 that causes the Covid-19 illness. We identify virologist Peter Daszak who has received this grant, as the one man who must immediately be subpoenaed to shed complete light onto the pandemic’s origin. Daszak is the president of the organization EcoHealth Alliance responsible for directing U.S. federal grant money to the Wuhan Institute. Daszak, as we will see, also knows the contents of the databases China has deleted to obliterate the pandemic’s origins.

While demonstrating Fauci and Collins’ criminal mental state, we will also lay out their role in fabricating an appearance of “scientific consensus” that has mislead the public and the rest of the scientific community into believing that SARS-CoV-2 “undoubtedly” evolved naturally.

The evidence presented includes many articles and news reports demonstrating the extent to which Fauci has for decades persistently ignored the voice of reason expressed by hundreds of conscientious scientist who have repeatedly warned that Fauci’s and Collins’ decisions could create pandemics. Not only did Fauci dismiss all such concern for human life, but he even ignored the way 2 congressional hearings and a Global Preparedness Monitoring Board report had spelled out that the studies he was funding could cause pandemics.

Fauci’s willful negligence, disregard for human life and failure to oversee the implementation of adequate biosecurity measures went so far that it brought on warnings issued by the US Embassy in Beijing stating the biosecurity precautions in the Wuhan lab were so lax they could cause pandemics. Such treasonous willful negligence allowed the CCP to blur the line between the deliberate and accidental release of a bioweapon, giving the act of deliberate release plausible deniability.

This dossier also delves into the blatant and gross conflicts of interest responsible for Fauci and Collins’s willful blindness which has caused the death of more than six million three hundred people worldwide as of June 18th 2022.

The Collaboration with the CCP to obfuscate pandemic’s origins

‘Gain-of-function research’ (GOFR) is defined as follows in a 1916 paper titled “Gain-of-Function Research: Ethical Analysis:”

“Gain-of-function (GOF) research involves experimentation that aims or is expected to (and/or, perhaps, actually does) increase the transmissibility and/or virulence of pathogens.”

This paper goes on to document the biosafety concerns of artificially enhancing “the transmissibility and/or virulence of pathogens,” explicitly stating that “a devastating pandemic could potentially result from a laboratory accident involving an especially dangerous pathogen created via GOFR [gain of function research],” expressing concern for the way such “advances in biotechnology may enable development and use of a new generation of biological weapons of mass destruction.”

The same paper states the purported benefits of GOFR as the development of vaccines and medical countermeasures, adding:

“Critics questioned the validity of claims about such benefits and argued that the studies might facilitate creation of biological weapons agents that could kill millions, or possibly even billions, of people.”

China and U.S. both delete their databases to obliterate where Covid-19 came from

Before demonstrating Fauci’s criminal mental state, let’s first address the most important question of whether Fauci’s criminal negligence could have caused the Covid-19 pandemic as a result of the grants he administered to engineer enhanced pandemic pathogens at the Wuhan Institute of Virology.

In an August 2, 2021 op-ed, Former Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe pointed out that he “had access to all of the U.S. government’s most sensitive intelligence related to the pandemic.” Ratcliffe added:

“although the CCP has gone to great lengths to ensure there is no “smoking gun,” every piece of evidence I have seen points to the pandemic’s origin being a leak out of the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV).”

The genome sequence of the SARS-CoV-2 virus responsible for Covid-19 did not match any of the sequences of the bat coronaviruses studied at the Wuhan Institute of Virology, claimed “bat lady” Shi Zhengli who has been directing the coronavirus research efforts at this lab. But declassified U.S. intel has revealed that staff members at the Wuhan lab fell ill with COVID-like symptoms in Autumn 2019 before the first identified case of the pandemic. In September 12, 2019, right around the time that the Wuhan lab personnel got sick, the lab deleted its main database of more than 22,000 unpublished samples and sequences of bat and rodent viral genomic sequences. Could it have been a mere coincidence that the Wuhan Lab’s main database got deleted around the same time its personnel developed COVID-like flu symptoms?

Eventually all of the 16 virus databases managed by the Wuhan Institute were taken offline, and the deleted databases have not been recovered. Vanity Fair reports:

Why would a database supported by U.S. tax dollars to help prevent and respond to a pandemic be made “inaccessible exactly when it was needed to fulfill its intended purpose?” asks Jamie Metzl, a senior fellow at the Atlantic Council, who was among the first to call for a full investigation of COVID-19’s origins.

In trying to determine what had occurred and how the virus may have originated and evolved, Secretary of State Mike Pompeo requested China to provide its earliest samples of the SARS-CoV-2 virus. But China admitted to also having destroyed these samples on January 3rd 2020.

Efforts to favor the natural origin theory and debunk the lab leak hypothesis were revealed when revisions to the early genomic sequences of the Covid virus were unearthed by the organization U.S. Right to Know. These revisions had been made to the genomic datasets used in four high-profile studies claiming that SARS-CoV-2 wasn’t created in a lab but evolved naturally among bats and then jumped onto people through pangolins.

The Chinese did not stop at deleting all of their databases and destroying their early SARS-CoV-2 virus samples, but in June 2020, Wuhan University researchers emailed the NIH requesting that the institute also delete its own early viral genomic sequences from its databases. The NIH did comply with China’s request. The fact that this deletion had occurred was discovered by evolutionary biologist Jesse Bloom who could succeed at partially recovering the sequences. Bloom published that the recovered sequences demonstrated that SARS-CoV-2 had been around long before the purported first outbreak of the pandemic at the Huanan seafood market. The pandemic couldn’t have originated at this seafood market.

Before Bloom published his paper announcing the deletion of the NIH’s viral genomic sequences and the refutation of the pandemic’s seafood market origin hypothesis upon their recovery, he sent a copy of his paper to Fauci and the NIH’s director Francis Collins. Upon receiving the paper while it was still in the process of being peer-reviewed, Collins organized a meeting with Bloom and 2 other virologists he’d invited. One of these virologists invited by Collins was evolutionary biologist Kristian Andersen, who made repeated attempts at trying to dissuade Bloom from publishing his findings. Andersen ended up telling Bloom he was a screener at the preprint server where Collins had submitted his paper, which enabled him to either entirely delete Bloom’s preprint before it got peer-reviewed, or he could revise it “in a way that would leave no record that this had been done.” Bloom refused to let this occur, letting his paper get published as is.

Why had Collins invited to his meeting with Bloom someone like Andersen who was in a position to access the preprint server and alter its contents without leaving traces?

The corruption that kept surfacing through emails and documents publicized after FIOA lawsuits eventually caused the NIH’s director Collins to announce his resignation in October 5th 2021. Fauci still holds his position despite the way the stench of his corruption surpasses that of Collins’, as this dossier will demonstrate.

The extent of the collusion of leading US and British scientists with the CCP

The State Department fact sheet revealing the intel on the Wuhan lab personnel getting sick right before the pandemic also declares that Wuhan lab researchers did perform gain-of-function studies in their lab. Among the bat viruses studied was a coronavirus that’s genetically 96.2% similar to the virus causing COVID-19, which was sampled from a cave in 2013 after several miners who worked there died of SARS-like illness. These Chinese researchers had been secretly collaborating on publications and projects with China’s military since at least 2017.

Matt Pottinger, Trump’s former deputy national security adviser, stated on March 30, 2021:

“There is a body of research that’s been taking place conducted by the Chinese military in collaboration with the Wuhan Institute of Virology, which has not been acknowledged by the Chinese government. We’ve seen the data. I’ve personally seen the data,”

Could all of this be true or the fabrication of Trump-affiliated conspiracy theorists?

Regarding the controversial claims in this fact sheet of the Trump State Department, the Washington Post has published in March 2021 that the Biden administration agrees with the accuracy of the information it contains. Their article quotes an unnamed senior Biden State Department official announcing:

“There wasn’t significant or meaningful disagreement regarding the information presented in the fact sheet,”…“No one is disputing the information, the fact that these data points exist, the fact that they are accurate. Where there was some discomfort was that [the Trump administration] put spin on the ball.”

The so-called “spin on the ball” refers to the way the Trump State Department supposedly focused their interpretation only on the Wuhan lab, interpreting the data points as favoring the Wuhan lab leak theory of the pandemic’s origin, reports the Washington Post. “The Biden administration is trying to take a neutral stance on the issue,” told the same unnamed senior Biden State Department official to the Washington Post.

The same March 2021 Washington Post article also states that “There was certainly not consensus [inside the U.S. government] on the still unproven theory that this emerged from the lab.” Regarding this so called “consensus” of the scientists advising the government including Fauci and Collins, we will next lay out how this fake “consensus” against the lab leak hypothesis had been shaped through a web of lies and ploys devised to mislead, all of which have surfaced through Fauci’s emails obtained.

To lay out the treasonous collaboration of the CCP-corrupted top science officials and their influential grantees, let’s begin by going back to virologist Kristian Andersen who had suggested altering or deleting Bloom’s paper announcing the NIH’s deletion of its sequences to make-believe SARS-CoV-2 evolved naturally. Andersen’s only gift wasn’t his ability to mess with the preprint server, but also his readiness to lie and execute 180 degree turns in his views almost overnight. On February 4, 2020, Andersen wrote in an email: “The main crackpot theories going around at the moment relate to this virus being somehow engineered with intent and that is demonstrably not the case.” But only three days ago on February 1, 2020, Andersen and his colleagues defended the lab leak hypothesis in a teleconference organized by Sir Jeremy Farrar, a powerful research grant administrator in London who’s a scientific advisor to the UK Government.

Farrar and Fauci “together control a large portion of the funds available for virological research in the Western world,” explains famous science writer Nicholas Wade. Participants of Farrar’s teleconference included Sir Patrick Vallance who’s the chief scientific adviser to the UK government, also including virologist Andrew Rambaut of the University of Edinburgh, Edward C. Holmes of the University of Sydney, Michael Farzan of Scripps Research and Robert F. Garry of Tulane University in addition to Kristian Andersen, all of whom originally favored the lab leak hypothesis as we will demonstrate.

What we know about Farrar’s teleconference comes from the emails following it that the House Committee on Oversight and Reform had been allowed to view. These emails reveal that Andersen and his colleagues “had little doubt that the virus bore the fingerprints of manipulation,” reports the New York Post, because of a genetic element called a furin cleavage site which gives the virus enhanced transmissibility. Their article quotes Robert F. Garry saying in an email sent 1 day after the teleconference that the virus’s furin cleavage site is a a string of 12 units of RNA representing a precision unusual in nature. Garry expressed in his February 2, 2020 email:

I just can’t figure out how this gets accomplished in nature … it’s stunning. Of course, in the lab it would be easy to generate the perfect 12 base insert that you wanted.

Another member of the Andersen group, Michael Farzan, had also emphasized 1 day after their teleconference how unlikely it is for such a virus to acquire its furin cleavage site in nature, pointing out that SARS-CoV-2 was likely to have acquired this element either through direct insertion in a lab or through sustained interaction between human tissue and a chimeric virus engineered in a lab that lacked proper biocontainment protocols, “accidentally creating a virus that would be primed for rapid transmission between humans,” quotes the Vanity Fair, adding that Farzan concluded, “I am 70:30 or 60:40 [lab].” Again the day after Farrar’s February 1 teleconference, participant Andrew Rambaut had expressed his agreement with the consensus, stating: “From a (natural) evolutionary point of view the only thing here that strikes me as unusual is the furin cleavage site.” On February 4, 2020, participant Edward Holmes indicated that he was “60-40 lab.”

It was Andersen who seems to have made the first sudden 180 degree turn against his group’s original consensus on February 4 by calling it a “crackpot” theory in an email to Peter Daszak who’s the president of EcoHealth Alliance which kept directing U.S. federal grant money to the Wuhan Institute of Virology, who led the research on bat coronaviruses in China. But a month ago on January 31, 2020, Andersen had expressed his agreement with his colleagues’ consensus in a memo he’d written to Fauci, stating: “The unusual features of the virus make up a really small part of the genome (<0.1%) so one has to look really closely at all the sequences to see that some of the features (potentially) look engineered.” Andersen had written in the same memo to Fauci: “after discussions earlier today, Eddie [Edward C. Holmes], Bob [Robert F. Garry], Mike [Michael Farzan] and myself all find the genome inconsistent with expectations from evolutionary theory.” Andersen isn’t reported to have changed his mind a month later in the February 1 2020 teleconference, so why did he just 3 days later strongly decry his own and his colleagues’ opinion as a “crackpot theory” when emailing Wuhan-affiliated Daszak? If only Andersen could have known that his earlier emails would be obtained and publicized!

The day Andersen suddenly seemed to have cracked his skull and begun doubting his sanity, Farrar had still not turned, having written in an email on that same day on February 4, 2020: “I am 50-50 [lab].” But whatever got to Andersen caught up with Farrar too in a jiffy. Only 2 weeks after having emailed he was 50-50 for the lab leak hypothesis, on February 19, 2020, Farrar announced his own180 degree turn by becoming one of the signatories of a highly influential letter published in the renowned journal The Lancet. In this letter, world’s top scientists including Farrar declared: “We stand together to strongly condemn conspiracy theories suggesting that COVID-19 does not have a natural origin.

The fake “consensus” letter signed by Farrar and 26 more global virologists including Peter Dazsak shaped the view of the mainstream media for more than a year, explains science writer Nicholas wade. This misleading “consensus” was highly publicized as such, when right before his teleconference, Farrar had sent a warning email to all participants demanding: “Information and discussion is shared in total confidence and not to be shared until agreement on next steps.” Thanks to the FIOA lawsuits, Farrar couldn’t succeed in his attempt to keep the real consensus private.

It gets even better…

Other emails published following FIOA lawsuits have kept revealing the endless-seeming corruption of the world’s top virologists. As it turned out, the The Lancet letter wasn’t really written by the joint effort of its 27 signatories as it should have been, it was composed and circulated by Daszak, the leader of the bat coronavirus studies in Wuhan. Daszak had written the letter on February 8, reports the Daily Mail, after he’d been asked by his “collaborators” in China for a “show of support.” One can only imagine how nicely his Chinese Military affiliated collaborators may have requested such support.

However persuasively the CCP may have asked Daszak, Farrar and the Andersen group for support, it was so persuasive it not only caused these researchers to keep betraying public trust and their countries, it also convinced 25 more global scientists to agree to pretend to have co-authored Daszak’s letter. As Daszak circulated his letter’s draft to his recruits, he emailed them: “Please note that this statement will not have EcoHealth Alliance logo on it and will not be identifiable as coming from any one organization or person.” In his efforts to create the appearance of scientific unanimity, Daszak wrote in another email that himself and the 2 colleagues who received this email should not sign his letter, “so it has some distance from us.” Daszak added to this email, “We’ll then put it out in a way that doesn’t link it back to our collaboration so we maximize an independent voice.” It’s not clear whether Daszak’s 2 colleagues who received this email edited his draft.

Going back Andersen who seems to be the first researcher to turn on the initial consensus by calling it a “crackpot theory”, he’d said this this in an email to Daszak. What exactly gave Daszak so much persuasive power in causing everyone to do whatever he asked them to do to show China support? The answer may lie in the persuasive tactics of General Chen Wei, the CCP’s top military bio-warfare expert, as we will next lay out.

Just a few days before Andersen expressed his 180 degree turn of opinion to Daszak on February 4, 2020, China appointed its top military bio-warfare expert to take over the Wuhan Lab of Virology, reports the Daily Mail. This February 14 article states: “Chen Wei, a Major General of the People’s Liberation Army, was flown in to Wuhan by the central government late last month before officially taking the helm of Wuhan Institute of Virology.” Here, ‘”late last month” refers to late January 2020, shortly before February 4 2020 when spineless researcher Andersen no longer dared voice his original opinion to Daszak and felt compelled to deride it to him.

The epidemic is like a military situation. The epicentre equals to the battlefield,” General Chen Wei had told. Daily Mail mentions Washington Times citing a former Israeli biological warfare analyst named Dany Shoham with a doctorate in medical microbiology, who believes Wuhan Institute of Virology is linked to Beijing’s covert bio-weapons program. Shoham published this in an article in the journal Institute for Defense Studies and Analyses, saying that the Wuhan institute was one of four Chinese laboratories practicing biological weapons development.

Daszak has been the “public face of a CCP disinformation campaign designed to suppress public discussion about a potential lab leak” of SARS-CoV-2, states the August 2021 report of House Foreign Affairs Committee Minority Staff on the pandemic’s origins. Daszak, Farrar and the 25 recruits persuaded to sign the Lancet letter had originally declared no competing interests, causing the world to take their fake “consensus” seriously. But after their competing interests were uncovered by an investigation by The Daily Telegraph, the Lancet had to publish an addendum to its original letter in June 21, 2021, announcing all conflicting interests. As the Daily Telegraph’s investigation has revealed, 26 of the 27 signatories of the Lancet letter had some link to the Wuhan Institute of Virology where the lab leak may have occurred, casting doubt on their impartiality. All of the numerous connections these 26 researchers had with the Wuhan lab is spelled out in this article.

They all had been dancing with the devil, the time had come to pay, and so they’d all signed the letter Daszak had circulated.

One of the 2 researchers Daszak emailed asking them to avoid signing his draft was Ralph Baric who’d helped develop a technique called the ‘no-see-um method’ of leaving no trace of genetic modification in lab-engineered viruses. “And as early as 2016, scientists working at the WIV were able to do the same,” states the report of House Foreign Affairs Committee Minority Staff. The report adds that Baric himself confirmed their interpretation in a September 2020 interview when he explained, “You can engineer a virus without leaving any trace.” This report also mentions a paper Baric’s published in 2005 before collaborating with Wuhan’s “bat woman” Shi Zhengli between 2014 and 2016, citing from this paper that the engineered viruses created by Baric and co-author Sims were “indistinguishable from wild type,” meaning it was impossible to distinguish these lab created viruses from natural viruses.

Why was an American virologist who could make an engineered virus indistinguishable from a natural virus allowed to teach this to Communist China in a CCP affiliated lab? This had occurred because of the criminal negligence of Fauci and Collins who were supposed to oversee the grant distribution process, as we’ll next demonstrate.

The paper produced by Baric’s collaboration with Shi in 2015 in the Wuhan lab describes a gain of function study which took a coronavirus strain that could originally only infect bats and enhanced it to become capable of binding to human cells. The enhanced pathogens could “replicate ‘efficiently’ in primary human airways cells, and withstand antibodies and vaccines,” summarizes the House Foreign Affairs Committee Minority Staff report. Both Fauci’s NIAID and Collins’ NIH had provided the grant that allowed someone like Baric to collaborate with someone like “bat woman” Shi to create such deadly and unstoppable, vaccine and antibody resistant potential bioweapons. Fauci and Collins have administered these grants after unethically ignoring several laws and regulations that had been in place at that time, as this dossier will shortly elaborate.

Why hasn’t the DOJ still not subpoenaed all of these treasonous so called scientists, seizing everything they may have on the Covid-19 pandemic’s origins? Because sadly, the DOJ also seems to have been compromised just as badly, being too busy trying to keep America’s illegitimate government in power by means such as suing Arizona to block the election integrity law requiring proof of citizenship before voting.

When the American justice system has sunk to perhaps its lowest level in history, Fauci continues to advise the White House despite the way the departure of his conduct from that of a “an ordinary prudent or careful person” is such that he’s called the Chinese grantees he’s funded “very competent, trustworthy scientists” when questioned by Senator John Kennedy during a Senate Appropriations Subcommittee Hearing on May 25, 2021. In this hearing, Fauci refused to comment on the Chinese Communist Party’s (CCP) alleged influence over these Chinese scientists, but said he knew these scientists to be “trustworthy.” This Fox News article includes a video of the whole interaction between Senator Kennedy and Fauci.

In the same Senate Appropriations Subcommittee Hearing on May 25, 2021, instead of admitting to his dereliction of duty, Fauci said that it would have been a dereliction of duty not to study the spillover potential of bat coronaviruses in Communist China! Such is the extent to which Fauci’s reasoning and conduct represents a “gross deviation from the standard of a reasonable person,” proving his criminal mental state in his failure to “perceive a substantial and unjustifiable risk that a result will occur [failure to perceive that the enhanced pathogens could fall into the hands of the CCP and be released deliberately or escape accidentally before the CCP could come up with a vaccine that actually worked].”

In his lack of proper regard for human life, Fauci’s dereliction duty was such that he didn’t even bother to do a simple Google search before distributing grants to the Chinese researchers he keeps blindly trusting. The Wuhan Institute’s multiple connections to the People’s Liberation Army (PLA) before the Pandemic were listed on the institute’s English language originally, states the August 2021 report of House Foreign Affairs Committee Minority Staff. The report points out: “This website was scrubbed on May 28, 2020, and the lists of committee members removed. However, archived copies of the website are available online.” Here is that archived copy of the Wuhan Institute’s webpage they tried to obliterate, demonstrating how easily Fauci could have overcome his willful blindness if he’d wanted to. The PLA connections this archived copy reveals is summarized as follows in the Foreign Affairs Committee report:

“The Academic Committee of State Key Laboratory of Virology at the WIV included a Deputy Director from the Second Military Medical University and a member from the 302 Military Hospital of China. The Scientific Advisory Committee for the Center for Emerging Infectious Diseases had among its members a researcher from the Institute of Military Veterinary at the Academy of Military Medical Sciences.”

Going back to the shenanigans of the CCP-compromised Western collaborators of the Chinese researchers, after the Lancet letter had been published and used by the media to deem the lab leak theory a conspiracy, the CCP went back to Farrar for more help, apparently not satisfied with only 1 fake consensus letter. Ian Birell of Daily Mail reports that Farrar’s office told him Farrar helped convene 5 virologists to write another letter in the influential journal Nature Medicine in March 17, 2020 [Nicolas Wade corrects Ian Birell’s Daily Mail article’ where Birell erroneously refers to the Nature Medicine letter as the Lancet letter]. One of the 5 authors Farrar recruited for this second letter was Kristian Andersen, 3 other recruits were Holmes, Rambaut and Garry who’d attended his teleconference and favored the lab leak hypothesis in their private communications. But after being convened by Farrar again, they announced to the world in Nature Medicine: “Our analyses clearly show that SARS-CoV-2 is not a laboratory construct or a purposefully manipulated virus.” … “we do not believe that any type of laboratory-based scenario is plausible.” Andersen was the lead author of this second misleading consensus letter.

This Nature Medicine letter has been cited 2425 times as of July 4th 2022, states its paper just below its authors’ names, indicating how much the mainstream media, social platforms and the self-appointed so called “fact checkers” that have mushroomed derided the lab leak hypothesis, as free speech kept getting censored CCP-style. Those who dared question the “science” got accused of “letting fear and conspiratorial thinking” cloud their judgement by Forbes. National Review even published an article titled “The Lab Leak Hypothesis Is Unbearably Racist.”

Where were the NIAID’s Fauci and NIH’s Collins when this fake consensus letter was being prepared? The January 11, 2022 letter of The Committee on Oversight and Reform of the U.S. House of Representatives that publicized Fauci’s emails:

“Only three days later, on February 4, 2020, four participants of the conference call authored a paper entitled “The Proximal Origin of ARS-CoV-2” and sent a draft to Drs. Fauci and Collins.8 Prior to final publication in Nature Medicine, the paper was sent to Dr. Fauci for editing and approval.9 It is unclear what, if any, new evidence was presented or if the underlying science changed in that short period of time, but after speaking with Drs. Fauci and Collins, the authors abandoned their belief COVID-19 was the result of a laboratory leak. It is also unclear if Drs. Fauci or Collins edited the paper prior to publication.”

Collins whose job was to oversee Fauci’s NIAID , but instead of stopping Fauci’s corrupt deeds: ********* “Wondering if there is something NIH can do to help put down this very destructive conspiracy, with what seems to be growing momentum,” wrote Collins, adding:

“I hoped the Nature Medicine article on the genomic sequence of SARS-CoV-2 would settle this. But probably didn’t get much visibility. Anything more we can do? Ask the National Academy [of Sciences] to weigh in?

Fauci replied on April 17, 2020: “I would not do anything about this right now. It is a shiny object that will go away in times [sic],”

General Che worked through not only Daszak but also Tedros. On February 2, 2020, Farrar wrote to Fauci in an email (page 3125): “Tedros and Bernhard have apparently gone into conclave …. they need to decide today in my view. If they do prevaricate, I would appreciate a call with you later tonight or tomorrow to think how we might take forward.” On January 30, 2020, Tedros issued a call to ‘combat the spread of rumours and misinformation’ and for ‘all countries to work together in a spirit of solidarity and co-operation.’

Biden completely sold America to the WHO. Biden declared 3 times since then we’ll have another pandemic. The U.S. military is still doing nothing.

The fake “consensus” falls apart

As the stench of the corruption of the supposed scientific experts of the US and Britain kept getting stronger and stronger, the Biden Administration’s efforts to “take a neutral stance” between the CCP’s and America’s interests became harder and harder to do as more papers and articles by those who uncovered the truth kept pouring out. Such information couldn’t be discredited or censored to the extent the Biden Administration and left-biased outlets had to eat crow. After only 4 months of accusing the prior State Department of putting a “spin on the ball,” in July 2021, CNN published an article titled “Senior Biden officials finding that Covid lab leak theory as credible as natural origins explanation.” On May 2021, the Washington Post published an article titled “Timeline: How the Wuhan lab-leak theory suddenly became credible,” highlighting the key reasons why the Biden Administration’s own ‘spin on the ball’ had become unsustainable. In this Washington Post article, scrolling to the section titled “New evidence emerges” lets one see the most influential articles and papers by those who hadn’t bought into China’s narrative. One of these influential papers written by Rossana Segreto and Yuri Deigin insists on the fact that “the genetic structure of SARS-CoV-2 does not rule out a laboratory origin,” arguing that certain features of the Covid-19 virus “might be the result of lab manipulation techniques such as site-directed mutagenesis …” Another influential paper by Stanford University microbiologist David A. Relman underlines the baselessness of favoring the natural origin story, pointing out the way it’s “missing many key details, including a plausible and suitably detailed recent evolutionary history of the virus, the identity and provenance of its most recent ancestors, and surprisingly, the place, time, and mechanism of transmission of the first human infection.” Among the publications the Washington Post cites is an open letter to the WHO by many prominent scientists from around the world calling for a new investigation into the origins of the virus.

One month later in June 2021, the Washington Post was also forced to revise a hit piece it had published whose original headline read “Tom Cotton keeps repeating a coronavirus conspiracy theory that was already debunked.” The slightly softened version of this hit piece now includes the correction:

The term ‘debunked’ and The Post’s use of ‘conspiracy theory’ have been removed because, then as now, there was no determination about the origins of the virus.

On May 2001, even the strongly partisan Politico published an article titled “Facebook no longer treating ‘man-made’ Covid as a crackpot idea,” announcing the platform’s new policy of no longer censoring the posts saying Covid-19’s man-made. Again on May 2002, left-biased Politifact retracted its Wuhan Lab Leak theory fact check. These are just a few examples of the way the mainstream fake-news outlets and colluding social media have been forced to choose between losing all credibility with the American public or turning back on protecting the CCP and its treasonous collaborators in the U.S.

In a May 2021 interview, even Fauci told he was no longer confident SARS-CoV-2 evolved naturally. A year before in May 4, 2020, Fauci had told National Geographic that scientific evidence “is very, very strongly” leaning toward the natural evolution origin. Fauci had been “very, very” wrong.

Closer relatives of Rat3? How discovered?

Both Fauci an the NIH’s director Collins had been humiliated, but still kept insisting they never funded gain of function research..

The 3 instances of gain of function studies Fauci did fund, one of them most likely to have created the pandemic

Talk about senate hearings and denial above this. Gain of function pdf, Fauci allowed, saying not dangerous but its authors warn of dangers.

To put the cherry on the cake, in September 2021, a lawsuit against the NIH (which oversees Dr. Fauci’s NIAID) was won by the investigative news organization The Intercept, causing this organization to gain access to more than 900 pages of materials related to U.S.-funded coronavirus research in China. These materials demonstrated that Fauci’s NIAID had indeed funded gain-of-function research at the Wuhan lab during a project called “Understanding the Risk of Bat Coronavirus Emergence.” The Intercept had arrived at this conclusion after consulting 11 influential scientists “who are virologists or work in adjacent fields and hold a range of views on both the ethics of gain-of-function research and the Covid-19 origins search,” the organization states. 7 out of these 11 experts had said that the work in question appears to meet NIH’s criteria for gain-of-function research.

In March 28th 2020 a year earlier, an infectious disease expert at Rutgers University called Richard Ebright had told Newsweek the very same conclusion that the 7 experts consulted by the Intercept had arrived at. Ebright had informed Newsweek that gain-of-function research had been conducted during the second phase of this same 6 year project “Understanding the Risk of Bat Coronavirus Emergence.” After the 7 experts backed up Ebright’s conclusion, Ebright publicly accused the NIH’s director Frances Collins in September 6th 2021 of having previously lied to the public when he’d said that neither the NIH or Fauci’s NIAID had funded gain of function research in China. After one month in October 5th 2021 Collins announced his resignation .

“Hardly any media or news outlets mentioned the resignation,” points out the Alliance for Human Research Protection, stating:

The silence of the media is but an indication of the TOTAL subservience of the media to its funders which has incapacitated the mainstream press and media. Reporters are tethered to a prescribed script – no longer capable of honest journalism.

Despite the way Francis Collins ended up choosing to resign, Anthony Fauci still insists on sticking to his script of denying having funded gain of function research in China. He has lied to congress in May 11th 2021, after which he has refused to retract his denial in another congressional hearing in July 20th 2021.

Fauci has still not retracted his lie even after the NIH published a letter admitting to having funded the genetic enhancement of bat viruses in Communist China in October 20th 2021. This happened 15 days after director Collins’s resignation. The NIH’s letter claimed that the bat viruses they had genetically modified had gained the function of being able to bind to and infect human cells as an “unexpected result,” “as sometimes occurs in science.” It was all just an “accident,” this letter claimed, the potential pandemic pathogens that had emerged had been created “unintentionally.” The letter also claimed that the only person at fault in all of this was the project’s leader Peter Daszak who had failed to comply with the reporting and review requirements of his NIH grant.

On the day the NIH published its letter admitting to having “unintentionally” performed gain of function research, the definition of gain-of-function research got deleted from the NIH’s website. This deletion occurred sometime between Oct. 19th and Oct. 21th, reports the Epoch Times. But those who preformed this deletion were apparently unaware of the existence of a utility called the Wayback machine which makes periodic digital archives of the World Wide Web, which has allowed reporters to see the old version of NIH’s webpage with the original definition of gain of function research. According to the NIH’s original definition seen on the archive, ‘gain of function’ refers to any research “that modifies a biological agent so that it confers new or enhanced activity to that agent.” The NIH’s updated page now only defines “research involving enhanced potential pandemic pathogens (ePPPs),” referring to this as a “type of so-called ‘gain-of-function’ (GOF) research.” The updated page now also claims that “the vast majority of GOF research does not involve ePPP [enhanced potential pandemic pathogens] and falls outside the scope of oversight required for research involving ePPPs.” This new definition appears to justify failing to properly oversee the creation of potential pandemic pathogens that are created “unintentionally.”

“That’s crazy! Defining away gain-of-function research by saying it doesn’t exist unless you know in advance it will occur is the very essence of hubris,” states Senator Rand Paul in a Fox News opinion piece. Paul further expresses in this article:

So, according to the altered NIH standard, recombing any unknown bat virus with a deadly virus like MERS (a coronavirus with mortality as high as 50%) is NOT gain-of-function research because the result is not yet known.

Why so many machinations and word manipulations? Because ultimately, we’re talking about culpability here. NIH, under Dr. Fauci’s tutelage, funded research in Wuhan that used recombinant genetics to merge unknown bat coronaviruses with a known pandemic pathogen, the SARS virus.

And Dr. Fauci still claims it isn’t “gain-of-function” research because the scientists didn’t know in advance that the newly created virus would be enhanced or more deadly.

But isn’t that the very purpose of the experiment, to see if the newly created virus has gained function?

Under Dr. Fauci’s convoluted definition, no experiment, no matter how deadly the combination, would be considered “gain-of-function” unless the scientists knew in advance that the combination would lead to enhanced lethality.

Under Dr. Fauci’s word salad guidance no experiment combining viruses would ever be denied funding.

During the gain of function research under scrutiny, the documents The Intercept could obtain show the way the bat coronaviruses did not only gain the function of being able to inject human cells, but their growth rate was enhanced to “at one point, up to 4 log greater – or 10,000 times – the rate of the original virus,” showing the extent to which the function of the chimeric coronavirus had, “unintentionally,” of course, been enhanced.

“Gain of function is a very nebulous term,” Fauci told Rand Paul at a November 4, 2021 senate hearing (2:58 into the video). Rand Paul told Fauci:

So what you’re doing is defining away gain of function, you’re simply saying it doesn’t exist because you changed the definition of he NIH website, this is terrible, and you’re completely trying to escape the idea that we should do something about trying to prevent a pandemic from leaking from a lab.

Fauci replies “according to the current definition of gain of function” turns the senate meaning into a face. Rand Paul laughs. The level the senate has degenerated…

Could researcher Peter Daszak who led this gain of function study really have created such deadly pandemic pathogens unintentionally? Not so, according to his own words from a 2016 interview in which Daszak explicitly states his intention of engineering “killer” viruses “while “testing if the bat viruses would bind to human cells.” Daszak says that his research team had been “moving closer and closer to seeing” whether “this virus could really become pathogenic in people.”

Daszak still holds his position as the president of Eco Health Alliance which has funneled Fauci’s grant funds to Wuhan, despite the call for his removal by prominent scientists who’ve spelled out his corruption in detail to the board of Eco Health Alliance.

In response to criticism of his word game charade, Fauci has arrogantly told the world “They’re really criticizing science because I represent science. That’s dangerous.” Rand Paul has unfortunately still not been able to find enough support from intimidated and/or corrupt representatives who allow the NIH’s and Fauci’s word salad farce to go on. Time will tell how long Fauci will continue to to hold his position as the director of the NIAID without being fined and/or serving his sentence of up to 5 years in prison for willfully lying to congress, as is ordained in U.S. Code sections 1621 and 1001 of Title 18. Time will tell for how long this monster will continue to evade getting sued for criminal negligence too, as this dossier will keep demonstrating he should be.

If the gof studies allowed despite the moratorium really didn’t pose any risk of creating potential pandemic pathogens, Fauci would have had no problem in complying with the requirement of transparent review procedures. But he didn’t.

DARPA study here. Whistleblower saying it was allowed.

Could it really only be Daszak deserving to be thrown under the bus, could Fauci’s NIAID and the NIH never had the intention of creating “killer” viruses before?

Decades of funding the enhancement of animal viruses to make them capable of infecting humans

Dr. Fauci’s decades-long career has almost solely been devoted to efforts to create more virulent pathogens capable of jumping to human populations out of animal viruses.

The gain-of-function studies Fauci’s NIAID had been funding attracted widespread attention for the first time in 2011, when two scientific papers published research results announcing having successfully enhanced the transmissibility of a bird flu virus strain. This flu virus strain was originally only transmissible between birds, but had been genetically modified to also become “easily transmissible between ferrets, the animals that most closely mimic the human response to flu,” Science magazine reports. Science adds:

Scientists believe it’s likely that the pathogen, if it emerged in nature or were released, would trigger an influenza pandemic, quite possibly with many millions of deaths.”

The same Science article quotes Paul Keim, microbial geneticist and chair of U.S. National Science Advisory Board for Biosecurity, stating “I can’t think of another pathogenic organism that is as scary as this one.

Fauci kept defending the studies, ignoring fervent pandemic warnings

And what did Fauci think about enhancing the capabilities of viruses in ways capable of drastically reducing the world’s population?

Amid the outcry and protests to ban all such gain-of-function research (GOFR), Dr. Fauci publicly defended their continuation as the director of the NIAID. He told Scientific American:

“I think the benefit that will come out of the Fouchier paper [one of the two GOFR papers] in stimulating thoughts and ways to better understand transmissibility and adaptability and pathogenesis, in my mind, far outweigh the risk of nefarious use of this information.”

Fauci further touted the benefits that could result from gain-of-function studies in a Washington Post op-ed titled “A Flu Virus Risk Worth Taking.”

But Fauci’s voice was temporarily drowned by his opposition when numerous influential scientists agreed to put a voluntary moratorium (temporary suspension) on gain-of-function studies in January 2012. Fauci participated in a New York conference where he tried to persuade the scientific community to lift this moratorium on the mad science he’d been funding. NPR reports:

At a recent press briefing, Anthony Fauci, director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), which funded the controversial [GOFR] experiments, said that he intended to go to the meeting and ‘discuss in some detail with the group the kinds of approaches we can have to try and expedite as quickly as possible the lifting of the moratorium.'”

Fauci kept trying to get this moratorium lifted, told The Guardian on March 2012 that “There cannot be any impediment to science that will ultimately be good to the general public.

The influential voices of Fauci and his allies did manage to rise above their opposition and the risky studies were resumed in January 2013. But his fervent opposition kept fighting back, forming an alliance called the Cambridge Working Group and publishing numerous papers and articles spelling out the grave dangers of GOFR. All these efforts persuaded the Obama Administration to impose another moratorium on GOF studies starting in October 2014.

Accidents involving dangerous pathogens “occur on average twice a week”

The decision to impose the second moratorium in 2014 was partly due to three accidents that had occurred in the handling of the enhanced flu viruses. Scientific American explains in its article titled “Bio-Unsafety Level 3: Could the Next Lab Accident Result in a Pandemic?”

“In 1977 a flu virus swept the world in an event that became known as the Russian flu. It was caused by a strain of flu that, later genetic tests showed, looked remarkably like those that had circulated in 1950. The belief is that the virus escaped from a laboratory or was used in a vaccine project that went awry. … The CDC, which oversees laboratory safety in the U.S., reported in 2011 that lab errors involving select agents-the most dangerous pathogens-occur on average twice a week in U.S. labs.”

The decision to enact the 2014 moratorium was mainly influenced by a congressional hearing about the recurring laboratory accidents, discussing the fear that “a lab accident could allow such manmade flu strains to escape.” Presented to the congressional hearing was a consensus statement signed by several hundred scientists making up the Cambridge Working Group alliance against gain-of-function research. The consensus statement this alliance presented to the hearing includes:

“Laboratory creation of highly transmissible, novel strains of dangerous viruses, especially but not limited to influenza, poses substantially increased risks. An accidental infection in such a setting could trigger outbreaks that would be difficult or impossible to control. Historically, new strains of influenza, once they establish transmission in the human population, have infected a quarter or more of the world’s population within two years.”

All of the above demonstrates how well Fauci was warned and was made aware of the deadly dangers of gain-of-function research.

Firing the opposing biosecurity advisors, lifting of the moratorium in secrecy, non-transparent approval procedures

No one can claim Fauci couldn’t have known the risks and consequences.

Instead of heeding the warnings and addressing the concerns about the lab accidents, the U.S. National Institutes of Health (NIH) fired the 11 members of the National Science Advisory Board for Biosecurity (NSABB) who had signed the consensus statement presented to the congressional hearing. Science reports in a July 2014 article:

The 11 members learned they were being dismissed Sunday evening in an e-mail from the board’s executive director, Mary Groesch, who works at the U.S. National Institutes of Health (NIH), NSABB’s overseer. “

The same Science article states that a NIH representative told that these 11 members were dismissed “so that fresh and diverse perspectives can be brought to bear on the committee’s deliberations.”

The firing of the 11 members of the National Science Advisory Board for Biosecurity who opposed GOFR took place right before the Board was expected to meet after 2 years of inactivity, to come up with advice for the White House on if and how the moratorium could be lifted, reports Nature. Their October 2014 article states:

The White House says that it will wait for recommendations from the US National Science Advisory Board for Biosecurity (NSABB) and the National Research Council before deciding whether and how to lift the ban. The groups are expected to finish their work within a year.”

The White house never heard the advice of those who opposed the GOFR and the “fresh and diverse perspectives” of the new advisory board members did cause the moratorium to be lifted in December 2017.

The advice and guidelines of the mysteriously re-staffed US National Science Advisory Board for Biosecurity were never disclosed to the public. Secrecy and non-transparency surrounded the lifting of the moratorium, according to The Washington Post, describing the situation in their article titled The U.S. is funding dangerous experiments it doesn’t want you to know about. This article voices the concerns of two influential scientists opposing GOFR studies:

In the past year, the U.S. Government quietly greenlighted funding … transmission-enhancing experiments on the bird flu virus as they were originally proposed before the moratorium. Amazingly, despite the potential public-health consequences of such work, neither the approval nor the deliberations or judgments that supported it were announced publicly. The government confirmed them only when a reporter learned about them through non-official channels.

This lack of transparency is unacceptable. Making decisions to approve potentially dangerous research in secret betrays the government’s responsibility to inform and involve the public when approving endeavors, whether scientific or otherwise, that could put health and lives at risk.”

The same Washington Post article states:

No description of who reviewed these proposals has been provided. It is not stated what evidence was considered, how competing claims were evaluated or whether there were potential conflicts of interest.

This secrecy means we don’t know how these requirements were applied, if at all, to the experiments now funded by the government. …

We have serious doubts about whether these experiments should be conducted at all. We also suspect that few members of the public would find compelling the rationale that the best way to fight the flu is to create the most contagious, lethal virus possible in a lab. But with deliberations kept behind closed doors, none of us will have the opportunity to understand how the government arrived at these decisions or to judge the rigor and integrity of that process.”

Regarding the secret lifting of the moratorium, another deep concern was voiced by Beth Cameron, vice president for global biological policy and programs at the nonprofit Nuclear Threat Initiative. Cameron told the Washington Post that safety would

depend largely on strong security measures at each lab to protect against an accidental release and govern who is allowed to work on the experiments.”

What could happen to the world if one of these labs were to accidentally or deliberately fail to enforce the “strong security measures” that the re-staffed advisory board had trusted they’d enforce?

As this article will continue to demonstrate, the systemic corruption documented has ended up causing a Chinese lab to develop potential bio-weapons, doing so while the lab maintained its own inadequate security measures at its own discretion.

All of the grants for all GOFR studies including those outsourced to China were approved by Fauci’s National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID).

Fauci was the top authority on infectious diseases in the U.S. then too, with everybody looking up to him and trusting.

Fauci approves creating potential bioweapons in China after workarounds are devised to bypass moratorium

The situation is summarized by Asia Times:

In the face of a moratorium in the US, Dr. Anthony Fauci – the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) and currently the leading doctor in the US Coronavirus Task Force -outsourced in 2015 the GOF research to China’s Wuhan lab and licensed the lab to continue receiving US government funding.”

The above information does check out, confirmed by this Nature article published in November 2015 describing the most alarming GOFR that was allowed to conclude. The article’s title states “Engineered bat virus stirs debate over risky research,” with its subtitle stating “Lab-made coronavirus related to SARS can infect human cells.” This article covers study results announced in a November 2015 paper describing the enhancement of a virus found in horseshoe bats in China. A ‘chimeric virus’ was created which was made capable of infecting human airway cells, which could cause a pandemic if allowed to escape. Nature summarizes:

Simon Wain-Hobson, a virologist at the Pasteur Institute in Paris, points out that the researchers have created a novel virus that “grows remarkably well” in human cells. “If the virus escaped, nobody could predict the trajectory,” he says”

The same Nature article goes on to quote Richard Ebright, a molecular biologist and biodefence expert at Rutgers University, saying:

The only impact of this work is the creation, in a lab, of a new, non-natural risk.”

This GOFR which began in 2014 was not halted by the 2014 moratorium which had caused 18 (some sources say 21) other gain-of-function studies to get paused. This exception, as reported by Nature, occurred because this study

was already under way before the US moratorium began [so were other paused studies], and the US National Institutes of Health (NIH) allowed it to proceed while it was under review by the agency… The NIH eventually concluded that the work was not so risky as to fall under the moratorium, he says.”

Two of the researchers of this so-called “not so risky” GOFR are from the Wuhan Institute of Virology, according to the paper’s Author Information section.

Fauci’s NIAID is listed among the institutions which provided funding for this GOFR, as can be seen in the Acknowledgments section which states: Research in this manuscript was supported by grants from the National Institute of Allergy & Infectious Disease.”

Although the 2014 moratorium had initially caused 18 (or 21) gain-of-function studies to get paused, “about half were later allowed to continue because the work didn’t fit the definition or was deemed essential to public health,” Science reports. All these workarounds had taken place before the moratorium was officially lifted in December 2017.

There was another GOFR project outsourced to China about studying bat coronaviruses in the Wuhan Institute of Virology, which continued for 6 years until President Trump abruptly cut all funding to it in April 2020. This project too was never paused despite its first phase having begun in June 2014 right before the so-called moratorium was enacted in October 2014. This two phase project, which produced about 20 papers, was called “Understanding the Risk of Bat Coronavirus Emergence” and was sponsored by an organization called EcoHealth Alliance which partnered with the Wuhan Institute of Virology, among others. EcoHealth Alliance received more than $3.7 million in U.S. grants for this particular project, reports Politico, although the group’s president has denied sending all of these funds to China, according to emails Politico obtained.

Fauci’s National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) both administered and funded this entire project for its entire 6 year duration before it was stopped, as can be seen in the information about this 6-year project on the website of the National Institute of Health. Here, please note that the third and second columns from the right are all filled with the abbreviation NIAID, with the associated column titles representing the administering institution and center, and funding institution and center, respectively.

Remind: [According to Newsweek, gain-of-function research was conducted during the second phase of this 6 year project which started in 2019, according to Richard Ebright, an infectious disease expert at Rutgers University who’s a famous opponent of GOFR. The project’s definition describes conducting experiments using genetic engineering to enhance the ability of bat coronavirus to infect human cells and lab animals, Ebright told Newsweek.] U.S. embassy warns Washington of pandemic threat from Wuhan. Still nothing done, Fauci continues funding

Out of sight and out of mind in China, how well did the Wuhan Institute of Virology succeed at implementing its own security measures while playing with genetically enhanced chimera viruses imposing pandemic threat?

The lab’s safety procedures became lax enough to alarm U.S. embassy officials in January 2018, coinciding with the time President Trump for the first time announced putting tariffs on Chinese goods in January 2018. The Washington Post reports that “In January 2018, the U.S. Embassy in Beijing took the unusual step of repeatedly sending U.S. science diplomats to the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV).” Washington Post explains what these U.S. diplomats saw, after which they explicitly warned Washington of the risk of a pandemic:

What the U.S. officials learned during their visits concerned them so much that they dispatched two diplomatic cables [special diplomatic text-based messages] categorized as Sensitive But Unclassified back to Washington. The cables warned about safety and management weaknesses at the WIV lab and proposed more attention and help. The first cable, which I [the reporter] obtained, also warns that the lab’s work on bat coronaviruses and their potential human transmission represented a risk of a new SARS-like pandemic.”

Could it be a mere coincidence that the security measures at the Wuhan lab became as loose as they did, at the same time President Trump began putting tariffs on China? Although this may be a coincidence, former New York City Mayor and the President Trump’s attorney Rudy Giuliani does not seem to think so. Giuliani summarized during an interview on The Cats Roundtable (03 minutes 11 seconds into the interview):

China predicted this could happen, China also for the last 10 to 12 years has been carrying on these experiments, including in this Wuhan laboratory, with animals, and actually making this virus more dangerous, seeing how dangerous this virus could become. You could say that’s for scientific purposes, or you could say that’s for the purpose of weaponizing them. Back in 2014, the Obama administration prohibited the U.S. from giving any money to any laboratory, including in the U.S., that was fooling around with these viruses. Prohibited! Despite that, Dr. Fauci gave $3.7 million to the Wuhan laboratory – and then even after the State Department issued reports about how unsafe that laboratory was, and how suspicious they were in the way they were developing a virus that could be transmitted to humans. We never pulled that money [before Trump did so]. So, something here is going on, John. I don’t want to make any accusations. But there was more knowledge about what was going on in China with our scientific people than they disclosed to us when this first came out. Just think of it: If this laboratory turns out to be the place where the virus came from, we paid for it. We paid for the damn virus that’s killing us.”

Crazy conspiracy theories.. Fauci distributed papers. Fake news covered.

by deriding the lab leak hypothesis as a crackpot theory.

Strong language in fear and smear campaign to shape the “consensus”: Racist,

Fauci received emails saying experts think the natural spillover theory is unlikely, quote Andersen. Then there was a conference, completely redacted, whatever went on in this conference caused

Redacted text not only cause Andersen to change course 180 degrees, all others as well, 27prominent scientists, without presenting the evidence, expressed their resentment. Orchestrated by Daszak: in email saying their collaboration shouldn’t be obvious.

Quote: Fauci is the main distributor of grants…

Daszak himself leading the WHO’s investigation.

Fauci using absolute language in denying the lab leak theory (Collins too, later resigned). But the man who told the world “I represent science” was forced to admit he was wrong a year later  when information surfaced that researchers got sick at Wuhan.

Distributed misleading articles to reporters using very strong language: https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/news/fauci-worked-behind-scenes-cast-doubt-wuhan-lab-leak-hypothesis.

Wuhan researchers got sick, and no evidence found after a year, prominent scientists started daring to hear the voice of reason and question the illogic of how strongly dismissed off the bat, they started writing articles listed in timeline (scroll down to the section “New Evidence Emerges’. Even CNN was finally forced to admit: “Senior Biden officials finding that Covid lab leak theory as credible as natural origins explanation.” Even WSJ had to admit “The Virus Lab Theory’s New Credibility – The evidence catches up to Fauci and other Wuhan Covid deniers..” Even Tedros admitted it had been premature to dismiss…

These emails demonstrated the way  “Fauci worked behind the scenes to cast doubt on Wuhan lab leak hypothesis,” the Washington Post reports. These emails reveal the collusion of the world’s top scientitsts, revealthe unethical plot to deliberately mislead the world into dismissing the lab-leak theory of Covid-19’s origins as a “crazy conspiracy theory.”

Here ends the insane story of trusting China with developing the world’s deadliest potential bioweapons with U.S. funding.

On June 5th 2021, The Epoch Times published that the emails obtained from Fauci revealed that the U.S. gave more money to the Wuhan Lab for bat coronavirus research than Fauci originally claimed.
