THE SELLING OF AMERICA PART 5: Hunter’s partner texts “Don’t mention Joe being involved” following partners’ meeting with Joe and Big Guy’s allocation of 10% profit share

Regarding the infamous May 13, 2017 email disbursing 10% of the equity for "big guy," below is how we know the equity was coming from a "deal" struck with CCP-created fake tycoon Ye Jianming who's the chairman of the energy company CEFC. Who Ye Jianming really is, how and why this fake "tycoon" was created by the Chinese Communist Party, and Ye's unfortunate end has been described in Part 4 of this exposé titled 'HUNTER AND JOE FALL FOR FAKE "TYCOON" CREATED BY THE CCP TO LURE AND COMPROMISE WORLD LEADERS,' subtitled, 'CCP's fake mogul Ye Jianming offers Hunter huge diamond and $10 million annually for "introductions alone," emails say.'

We know that Big Guy's 10% share was coming from Ye's CEFC, because business partner James Gilliar, who'd sent the big guy email, referred to Hunter in the email as the “Chair / Vice Chair depending on agreement with CEFC” (we'll shortly say more on the new shell company Hunter was to become the Chair / vice Chair of). This deal that would provide the 10% equity for Big Guy was definitely struck with Ye's CEFC, because Gilliar also mentions in his big guy email the name of a CEFC executive called Zang Jian Jun, saying “I am happy to raise any detail with Zang if there is [sic] shortfalls?”

On May 2, 2017, just 11 days before business partner Gilliar had sent his email allocating 10% for the 'big guy,' a text message Hunter received from another business partner working with CEFC called Tony Bobulinski reveals that Bobulinski and Joe had met. This text from Bobulinski to Hunter asks Hunter to thank Joe for having met him, saying:

“Great to meet u and spend some time together, please thank Joe for his time, was great to talk thx Tony b.”

Jim Biden and Hunter had also attended Bobulinski's meeting with Joe, reports Fox News. What could Joe, Hunter, Jim Biden and Bobulinski have talked about during this May 2 meeting that had taken place less than 2 weeks before 'big guy' had been allocated 10% of the profits coming from their deal struck with CEFC?

Regarding what had gone on during Bobulinski's meeting with the Bidens including Joe, Bobulinski has told the New York Post:

"That night, we discussed the Bidens’ history, the Biden family’s plans with the Chinese, with which he [Joe] was plainly familiar, at least at a high level.”

What exactly, were Bobulinski, Joe, Hunter and Jim Biden's "plans with the Chinese" that they'd discussed during their meeting?

 

 

Treasonous Bidens working as unregistered foreign agents to let the CCP co-own America's energy infrastructure

 

The Bidens's nefarious plans to sell America's energy infrastructure to the CCP were revealed in the damning text message described below that was sent 1 day before the May 2 meeting with Joe that took place less than 2 weeks before 'big guy' was allocated 10% of the profits. The Bidens' treasonous plans were also revealed through internal memos obtained by Just the News and the additional sources described below.

On May 1, 2017, just 1 day before Bobulinski, Joe, Hunter and Jim Biden met to discuss their plans with the Chinese, Hunter had sent a text message to Bobulinski saying that when forming a partnership with a company like CEFC mostly owned by the CCP, he knew but chose not to know, in his own words, the need to "register as foreign agents under the FCPA [Foreign Corrupt Practices Act ]." This text from Hunter to Bobulinski states:

"We don't want to register as foreign agents under the FCPA [Foreign Corrupt Practices Act], which is much more expensive than people who should know choose not to know."

In the same May 1, 2017 text message to Bobulinski, Hunter had proposed creating a shell company to let them bypass having to register as foreign agents in partnering with CCP-co-owned CEFC. Hunter had written regarding this shell company, "No matter what it will need to be a US company at some level in order for us to make bids on federal and state funded projects.” The Daily Caller points out that "[Hunter] Biden did not explain in the messages why he thought the venture with CEFC would violate FARA or FCPA without the buffer of a U.S. shell company," but the reason the Bidens' partnership violated FARA and FCPA was fully revealed through internal business memos obtained by Just the News and interviews Just the News conducted with congressional investigators. These sources have unearthed the way the Bidens had been getting set up "to score billions of dollars in deals helping executives in communist China gain access to U.S. natural gas, oil and energy infrastructure," as Just the News put it. The Bidens had planned to give the CCP co-ownership of America's energy infrastructure through bids on federal and state funded projects that would let the CCP "score American LNG ports, gas deals, and drilling ventures," adds the same Just the News article.

The Bidens had actually formed 2 companies in partnership with CCP-affiliated CEFC. The first one was called Sinohawk Holdings for which Tony Bobulinski had been recruited around May 2-3, right after Hunter had sent Bobulinski his May 1 text on pretending to not know they should register as foreign agents. The other company the Bidens had formed in partnership with fake tycoon Ye's CEFC was called Hudson West III LLC, which had been formed after Hunter's August 2, 2017 email revealing his negotiations with Ye on selling his father's influence. In this August 2 email, Hunter had written that "Ye had sweetened the terms of an earlier, three-year consulting contract with CEFC that was to pay him $10 million annually 'for introductions alone,'" also revealing in the same email that the 'sweetened' form of the deal was "to create a holding company 50% percent [sic] owned by ME and 50% owned by him.” This holding company 50% co-owned with CEFC was called Hudson West III LLC, according to a hand-drawn flow chart dated August 1 included in the Senate report showing an ownership breakdown of an entity called “Hudson West” with a 50/50 split between Biden and chairman Ye.

The goal of Hudson West III LLC was to "find deals to benefit its primary partner in Beijing, CEFC," reveal bank records released by Republican Senators Charles Grassley and Ron Johnson as well as Rep. James Comer. Hunter was to become this shell company's “Chair / Vice Chair depending on agreement with CEFC” as the big guy email reveals.

CCP's fake "tycoon" Ye Jianming had used the Biden co-owned holding Hudson West III LLC to transfer a total of nearly $6 million dollars over a year to Hunter's law firm Owasco, reports Breitbart, the details are found in their article.

In addition to the Biden crime family being unregistered foreign agents, the whole Biden Administration teems with foreign agents who have no place running the U.S. government. The Federalist points out that more than a dozen high-ranking members of the Biden administration previously worked as registered foreign agents. It's no wonder this treasonous administration has done its best to aid and abet unlimited foreign espionage efforts.

On May 20, 2017, just a few days after Bobulinski had met with Joe on May 2 and just a week after Big Guy was allocated 10% in Gilliar's May 13 email, Gilliar had warned his business partner Bobulinski to not mention Joe being involved. Gilliar had written to Bobulinski:

“Don’t mention Joe being involved, it’s only when u are face to face, I know u know that but they are paranoid.

It may never be emphasized enough that the author of this email warning Bobulinski to not mention Joe being involved is the same James Gilliar who'd written the notorious email distributing the 10% equity share to the 'big guy,' who's later explicitly referred to Joe as “the Big Guy” in another October 14, 2020 message, revealing his habit of calling Joe Big Guy. Gilliar had been using the Big Guy moniker to avoid having to "mention Joe being involved."
