Biden’s let Afghanistan’s government get toppled for the same reason it’s trying to topple Russia’s government

On March 2023, the Taliban released videos of fields filled with US military vehicles, piles of US high-end weapons, and a room filled with stacks of 100 dollar bills Joe Biden has gifted the radicals with, disputing the Soros and Zuckerberg-funded fact checkers' who'd claimed Biden has not armed or funded the Taliban.

Why has the Biden Administration armed and funded radical Islamic insurgents after pulling out of Afghanistan in a way that almost immediately caused Afghanistan's government to get toppled?

And for a terror group that practices mutilation and beheading, that's not hard.
