OF BATS AND FAUCI: CHAPTER 2 – Beyond reasonable doubt: SARS-CoV-2 was deliberately allowed to “escape”

This chapter of this exposé proves beyond reasonable doubt that SARS-CoV-2 was deliberately allowed to "escape" from the Wuhan Institute of Virology. Below is a summary of my main reasons for believing so, followed by more details:

• On October 2019, just 2 months before the announcement of the COVID-19 pandemic, Fauci and the HHS officials have been caught on video discussing releasing the "virus from China" to launch their mRNA vaccines without going through the conventional lengthy testing procedures. Please watch this entire video until the end to hear a Rockefeller Foundation-affiliated HHS officer openly say the "virus from China" can be used to "explode the system" and rush the approval process of the new mRNA vaccines. This is absolutely real, please also don't miss Pierson Sharp's interpretation in this video.
• Again the same month on October 2019 (only 2 months before the pandemic's announcement), a high-level pandemic response drill called Event 201 was hosted by the World Economic Forum and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, adding to the evidence that the masterminds of the Great Reset had known the virus would "escape."
• On September 2019, just one month before Fauci and the HHS officials discussed releasing the "virus from China" and hosted the Event 201 pandemic response drill that month, the Wuhan Institute's biosecurity measures had been allowed to become so inadequate that the biosecurity-4 lab's director Yuan Zhiming felt compelled to publish an article listing all the biosecurity shortcomings allowed to go on. Zhiming wrote that these shortcomings resulted from "insufficient level of resources being provided by the PRC [People's Republic of China] government," states the addendum to the final report of House Foreign Affairs Committee Minority Staff. This shows the way the CCP allowed the virus to escape in a way creating plausible deniability about deliberate release.

It first occurred to fiction writer Dean Koontz that the biolabs in Wuhan would be the ideal place for developing deadly bioweapons of mass destruction behind the iron curtain. Koontz's uncanny 1981 novel "The Eyes of Darkness" mentions a virus called Wuhan-400 that gets released from China as a bioweapon. Probably inspired by this novel, the Deep State made of imperialist billionaires colluding with the CCP had their coronavirus research shipped to Wuhan. Away from inquiring eyes, the Wuhan Institute could maintain (or not maintain) its own biosafety measures entirely at the discretion of the billionaires. There could be no better way to hide what happened if the virus "escaped."

Rowan Jacobsen's article titled "Inside the risky bat-virus engineering that links America to Wuhan" explains how the Chinese researchers learned everything the American researchers knew during their collaboration. Wuhan institute "soon used its own reverse-genetics technology to make numerous coronavirus chimeras," states Jacobsen. But the gain of function research in Wuhan was conducted under way riskier conditions than similar research conducted in America. Jacobsen's article summarizes the situation:

"The Chinese work was carried out at biosafety level 2 (BSL-2), a much lower tier than Baric’s BSL-3+. [...] That meant the same viruses that Daszak was holding up as a clear and present danger to the world were being studied under conditions that, according to Richard Ebright, matched “the biosafety level of a US dentist’s office.”"

Jacobsen's article goes on to explain:

"But the WIV was not breaking any rules by working at BSL-2, says Filippa Lentzos, a biosecurity expert at King’s College London “There are no enforceable standards of what you should and shouldn’t do. It’s up to the individual countries, institutions, and scientists.” And in China, she says, the vertiginous rise of high-tech biological research has not been accompanied by an equivalent increase in oversight."

The Washington Post quotes Beth Cameron, vice president for global biological policy and programs at the nonprofit Nuclear Threat Initiative, also explain that when conducting risky studies, there are no enforceable standards of what individual institutions, countries and scientists should or shouldn't do. Cameron has told the Post that safety would "depend largely on strong security measures at each lab to protect against an accidental release and govern who is allowed to work on the experiments."

Thus there was nothing the world could do to oversee and prevent what was taking place out of sight and out of mind in communist China. Knowing this, NIH/NIAID had persistently kept funding the Wuhan lab by violating the numerous rules and procedures that have been described in this exposé. All these violations have made it possible for Daszak and Baric to teach communist China how to create bioweapons of mass destruction that couldn't be traced back to a lab origin.

Jacobsen's MIT Technology Review article states that Daszak, "In response to questions about the decision to do the research in BSL-2 conditions," forwarded him a statement from EcoHealth Alliance saying, "the organization must follow the local laws of the countries in which we work," adding that the NIH had determined the research was "not gain-of-function."

Biosafety procedures at the Wuhan Institute had been inadequate at least since January 2018, the Washington Post reports. Their article states that "In January 2018, the U.S. Embassy in Beijing took the unusual step of repeatedly sending U.S. science diplomats to the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV)." These U.S. diplomats explicitly warned Washington that the Wuhan Institute's biosecurity measures were so lax they could cause a SARS-like pandemic. The Washington Post article summarizes:

"What the U.S. officials learned during their visits concerned them so much that they dispatched two diplomatic cables [special diplomatic text-based messages] categorized as Sensitive But Unclassified back to Washington. The cables warned about safety and management weaknesses at the WIV lab and proposed more attention and help. The first cable, which I [the reporter] obtained, also warns that the lab's work on bat coronaviruses and their potential human transmission represented a risk of a new SARS-like pandemic."

On September 2019, 3 months before the pandemic, the CCP had allowed the biosecurity measures at the Wuhan Institute to become so lax that Yuan Zhiming, the head of China's CDC, then Director of Wuhan's BSL-4 lab and bat lady Shi’s supervisor, got so fed up, he published an article documenting the key biosecurity shortcomings of his Institute in the Journal of Biosafety and Biosecurity. These shortcomings include "inadequate biosafety management systems, insufficient resources for efficient laboratory operation, and deficiency of professional capacity," states the addendum to the final report of House Foreign Affairs Committee Minority Staff. This addendum also states that "With a surprising level of transparency, Yuan admits that the enforcement of pathogen, waste, and laboratory animal management regulations “needs to be strengthened.”" For more detail, please see in Zhiming's article the sections titled "3.3. Insufficient resources for efficient laboratory operation" and "3.4. Deficiency of professional capacity."

Perhaps the most interesting part of Zhiming's article is the director's admission revealing that if an "accident" occurred, it would be hard to identify who was responsible. Zhiming wrote:

"Currently, most laboratories lack specialized biosafety managers and engineers. In such facilities, some of the skilled staff is composed by part-time researchers. This makes it difficult to identify and mitigate potential safety hazards in facility and equipment operation early enough. "

The outcries of both the U.S. diplomats and biosecurity-4 lab's own director didn't cause the U.S. or Chinese authorities to lift a finger. Instead of helping fix the biosecurity shortcomings, the World Economic Forum and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation hosted a pandemic response drill. The "philanthropic" billionaires focused on preparation instead of prevention. During their drill, they practiced, as shown in these simulation videos, how to shut down world economies, schools, restrict travel, and how to distribute their mRNA vaccines to immensely enrich themselves in a country so corrupt no one can sue vaccine manufacturers for side effects.

It can't be emphasized enough the way the above drills occurred the very same month Fauci and the HHS officials plotted releasing the "virus from China" to speed up launching their mRNA vaccines. Sure enough, the pandemic did start 2 months later.

Most ironically, the creators of the COVID-19 pandemic also prepared a report warning the world that a pandemic was about to occur, doing so just weeks before their "prophecy" actualized. On September 2019, Fauci helped prepare a World Health Organization report whose title starts with the worlds "A World at Risk," mentioning the increasing risk of global pandemic from a pathogen escaping after being engineered in a lab. Downloading the report reveals on page 32 that Fauci is a member of the board who'd authored the report. This report that Fauci had helped prepare states:

“The chances of a global pandemic are growing. While scientific and technological developments provide new tools that advance public health (including safely assessing medical countermeasures), they also allow for disease-causing microorganisms to be engineered or recreated in laboratories. A deliberate release would complicate outbreak response [...] Taken together, naturally occurring, accidental, or deliberate events caused by high-impact respiratory pathogens pose 'global catastrophic biological risks.'"

Not funny?

All of the above demonstrates how well aware the authorities, including Fauci, had been of the way their efforts exposed the world to 'global catastrophic biological risks.'

Please never forget the way NIH, NIAID and HHS's deadly experiments have still not stopped as of March 2023 even after the pandemic has been created by virologist Peter Daszak's EcoHealth Alliance.

Why should the gain of function studies stop, as it's so far been a match made in heaven for everyone in charge of the operation? Vaccine developer Gates and his cabal of wealthy elites have multiplied their wealth many times over by the untested mRNA vaccines they've made world governments force on their populations. The CCP has reached its goal of shutting down and weakening world economies. The masterminds of globalism have almost reached their goal of easing in their totalitarian one-world government modeled after the CCP.

Everyone's benefited except for the 7 million "non-essential" little people who have died as of March 2023.

"We need more money to plan for the second pandemic. There’s gonna be another pandemic,” America's senile president blurted out.

Such is the plight of the world perhaps approaching its end in the hands of a few insane old billionaires holding the strings of their senile "president."

The globalists will never let NIH/NIAID stop funding Daszak unless the Great Reset operation is dismantled from the ground up. Until then, Daszak and Baric will openly continue to prefect their modern bioweapons in a country where the CCP and globalist millionaires have not only captured the NIH/NIAID but also the White House.
